Beef Rolls
Our beef is organically grown from Cowichan Valley Meats Ltd. There are no additives, preservatives, garlic or other meats ... this is 100% beef.
Chicken Rolls
Our chicken is also organically grown in the Cowichan Valley. There are no additives, preservatives, garlic or other meats ... these rolls are 100% chicken.
Salmon Rolls
Our sockeye salmon is caught off Vancouver Island and is delivered to us whithin 24 hours and is immediately processed. There are no additives, preservatives, garlic, or other fish ... these rolls are 100% salmon.
Our Fruit and Chocolate Strudels are 11”, and packaged individually
Cherry Strudel
Our most popular fruit strudel, the filling is mouth-watering. The cherry filling is very smooth and does not collapse inside the Puff Pastry. The cherries are sourced locally in BC.
Apple strudel
This is another popular item that competes with our Cherry Strudel. The filling is unbelievably delicious! It stays full inside the Puff Pastry and is also a product of BC.
Blueberry Strudel
As a favourite of our family operation, this filling is fantastic, smooth, and does not bake out of the Puff Pastry. Another locally sourced B.C. product.
